Been working with EASE for years. They always take care of carriers, on time payments, tonu, layover and etc. Full transparency on loads, 24/7 carrier support from Ease management, brokers and tracing team, wide pool of customers so carriers can keep trucks rolling on Ease freight only. We do always appreciate brokers who work with us, especially Josh Lewis, always works hard to satisfy customers and carriers.

Our experience with ease has been great. We have had the opportunity to run with Tony and his team and only have good things to say. They do not cut us on pricing like others in poor markets, and fairly compensate when unfortunate situations arise. Their team is professional, and openly communicates to get the job done. Seeing some of the negative remarks on google is misleading. Our team recommends Ease.

Don't ever get a load from ease they are very rude and call the driver 15+ times a day and will hang up on and not have a normal conversation. They are not professional at all! I've been driving 33 years and Ease is the worse company ever!! The owner needs to clean house period!!
You have to fight for detention, I'm owed 8 hours from sitting at sysco in Albuquerque NM and never go there either.

Say away from these guys. Payments always late. Need to enquire about the payments before they even release them. Canceling loads just before pick up times for selling the load cheaper to another carrier. Worst brokerage out there. Their TONU rates is 100$ , what a joke .

DRIVERS... BE AWARE!! I would like to make a post at how unprofessional this broker/ team is and treats drivers!!!! All nice to you till you have the load booked, then completely turn there backs on you!! Chris, Austin, Derek have completely dropped the ball on me and two other drivers today hauling the same loads. Very... very... unprofessional and could care less to further assist when needed help!! I also was told to keep track of my in & out times for detention pay and was promised they would take care of all of that and issue new ratecon, THAT WAS A LIE just to shut me up obviously!! That was per: Derek!!! I called and called.... they wouldn't answer the phone even using the extention was instructed to use! I emailed and emailed repeaded times, still nothing!!!! Drivers be aware!!! Do NOT book any loads!!! AND.... you can save the bullshit i'm sorry in response replies!! You guys screw over drivers and flat don't care!!! Taking time and money from the drivers along with taking drive time away from the drivers allowed ELOG. You sit behind a computer and dont give a shit!!! But guess what.... us drivers makes your paychecks by booking loads!!! And this shit that y'all pulled on three of us drivers last night and today from Telford, TN to Spring Hill, TN and not responding to us... they should dismiss your services asap!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST team i have dealt with in years. A simple load, tracking accepted.....NONE STOP CALLS AND TEXTS.
I thought TQL was the bottom of the list ....NOT
This load was such an easy pick up and go even though there were a big mess up by the booking agent we got through that.
But these calls and texts just made the experience AWFUL. Tracking showed me where I should be , the calls come to see if I checked in .....WHY? I AM EARLY WHY CALL?!?!?

I did almost 80k in loads with Ease in little over a year with a broker name Cory. Cory move up to higher position. Tony Pulley took over it started with nothing but problems. Over a period of time it becomes unhealthy to work with him. He constantly said i wasnt tracking or I was late. I decided to end this relationship with Ease. Then a new broker started posting loads for Ease Benjamin Benker. I ran a couple loads for him not knowing he was posting loads on behalf of Tony Pulley. This morning I booked a load with Benjamin 11/6/24. Pick up was from 7 to 10. I booked the load a 845am. I informed Benjamin that I would arrive between10 and 1030 he said that was fine. At 957 I received a emails from Benjamin with Tony cc in state I would be remove from the load. My gps time to pick up was 1038. I even sent a Picture of my gps proving this . I ask for a TONU. I was told I would not receive one bc there tracking said I was going to arrive at 1130. When ask to speak to upper management I was connected to a guy name Tyson who did not want to hear what happened. Fellow truckers please becareful when booking loads with brokers named in this email. Not all of Ease brokers are bad. Just my opinion of the one in this review. I do have emails and Picture verified what I have started
