Never received my Amazon package. When I called Dynamex, I was politely told that the driver said it was delivered. I reviewed all the activity from my multiple security cameras that day, and though there was other activity -- NO delivery. They told me I would have to deal with Amazon for a replacement. This is not the first time I have had difficulty with this carrier. All the other delivery companies have no problem delivering to my address.

I had same day delivery option from Amazon. We were home, outside in the front yard, all day. No one came to deliver my package yet the tracking said "delivered" and it was left at "front door." No one can get to the door without facing my guard dogs. When contacting Dynamex they said contact google for a replacement of my things. So they're liars, rude, and unreliable. This is the worst carrier service. Also, my first lost/missing package thanks to Dynamex.

This service is the worst I've ever experienced. I'm going to make sure from now on to NEVER buy anything same day from Amazon again. Each time they deliver they do not knock on the door nor ring the doorbell to let you know your package is there. If they deliver it they will leave your package where it can be stollen or say it was delivered when it wasn't. If Amazon is going to continue doing business with them they will lose a customer.

These people are pathetic for next day delivery from Amazon. They have screwed up four orders in a row. They make next day service into four or five days, because of their incompetent delivery methods. They say things are delivered when they aren't, or they say that there is a special gate code, when I have no gate code, and my gate is always open. When my orders weren't delivered, I talked with the Amazon people. They assured me that my order would be there early the next day. But once again, no order. Over and over again this company can't get it right. Amazon needs to ditch them and find someone with at least half a brain.

Just like the other reviews I ordered same day shipping from Amazon and was home all day waiting for the item. Then noticed the tracking was updated to delivered when it wasn't. WTH! This is the fifth time this has happened to my wife and I. The package mysteriously appears a day or two later. But of course they look good in the eyes of Amazon because they FALSELY lie on their tracking status to make Amazon "think" it was delivered on time. Dynamex is the worst delivery company, do not use them!

I have had two experiences with this logistics company and both have been very poor. The first package which was ordered through Amazon's next day shipping was an apparently attempted delivery, even though they didn't knock. After calling the local office, the driver called and asked me to meet up for the package. Ridiculous. He delivered past business hours in the end. The second package was not attempted to be delivered at my door, but rather at my landlords home on site, with no notice. I had to find out by calling the site again. I will no longer do business with Amazon for as long as they collaborate with dynamex

I requested 1-day shipping/delivery for merchandise that I ordered. Even after tracking my package, the delivery never came. I contacted Amazon's customer service after receiving an email stating: "DYNAMEX let us know that they are unable to get access to your front door to deliver the package. This sometimes occurs when carriers do not have an access code for a gated community or secure building." This shipping/delivery service is full of it! Numerous orders with Amazon throughout the years and I never had issues with delivery of merchandise. I live in a non-gated community. The delivery person never came to my residence even with correct address information. I learned my lesson and will never have DYNAMEX deliver my merchandise. I'd rather stick with UPS or FedEx for door-to-door deliveries.

Two days after the promised delivery date, my Amazon order still hadn't arrived so I checked the status: "Your package may be lost
Packages are rarely this late and we're sorry yours still hasn't arrived
You can wait another couple days or check out these options." The only "option" was refund. Unfortunately the main item in the order is no longer available at the sale price. Looking at all the other similar delivery failures, maybe Amazon should use a more reliable delivery service.

Go up
