Lightening Fast Shipping! I ordered it through Walmart but Duda Energy was a vendor for them. I needed some Denatured Alcohol and was not expecting it next day from Decatur Alabama to Nashville. I run a Harley Davidson shop in Madison Tn and will def order more product from Duda Energy next time as well. Keep up the great work...Cheers!

I used to buy tons of 5 gallon pails of Glycerin from these guys all the time. They made a mistake when I ordered my last pail of Glycerin and they sent me Sodium Sulfate instead. I was storing it for the next time I needed it and when I pulled it out, I saw it was the wrong stuff ($110 worth!). Since it's "been more than 30 days", they would not send me a return label, refund my money, send me the correct item. They are willing to do absolutely NOTHING!!
I was willing to send it back to them. They won't help. They are willing to lose thousands of dollars of business over what amounts to probably a $20 shipping label.
Don't buy from these guys cuz they won't correct their mistake if it's after 30 days.
I guess they make so much money they don't care about small businesses in America. Sad.

Bought boric acid. Buy a lot of things online. Nothing has ever been as dismally packaged up as this toxic substance. Books and cookies are far better packaged up! The bags of poison are thrown into a thin FedEx bag, no warnings on the outside, no packaging within whatsoever. I carefully opened the top of the bag having no idea what was inside and white powder - acid! - blows all over me, my kid, our kitchen, our home. Their bag had a hole. I could feel it in my lungs for hours. Immediately tell the company - absurd response, all spin, no substance. Check out their reviews, turns out this has happened to MANY others. Insufficient packaging of toxic materials and then incredibly poor customer service. Duda Energy is just a remarkably bad company, poorly led, without a care to the harm they cause. Greed and grifting seem the bottom line. Steer clear.

Was given a damaged pump that isn't capable of pumping waste oil like it was described to be able to do. Still waiting to hear back on what they are going to do for me to make it right. You get what you pay for I guess. EDIT: now after over a month and 3 emails asking why im expected to pay for return shipping on a pump that isn't capable of doing what it says, I still haven't gotten a return email. Do some research and find a reputable company before making the mistake I did.

These people won't take care of you at all! A friend of mine ordered a really high dollar unit, and it didn't come with a control panel. When he told them it came without a control panel, they wouldn't provide any sort of rectification for the mistake they made. He spent a lot of money on this product, and it seems they're more interested in money than a happy customer. Don't waste your time, find somebody with better customer service.
