Better hope that whatever you buy lasts, because they don’t accept returns, even with a receipt. A fact that would’ve been beneficial to know when checking out, but they don’t mention it. Attempted to return an item within three HOURS of buying it because it was too small for my needs, never even took it out of the box, and they refused. Buy from Lowe’s instead. They stand behind their products.

Danyell was friendly and helpful in every way, she tried to match the paint color and helped pick out color samples to match the paint she suggested as an alternative to the Cabot, but they didn't have the right base (base 4) in stock. So I had to use the Cabot anyway, but Danyell was nice and kept apologizing for the time, and not having the right paint base,etc.

It definitely has a hometown feel. Every time we go here we are met with friendly and helpful people. You don't have to search the store over for someone to help you find what you need. Love this place!

Great store. Friendly staff. The customer service at this store makes you feel like your visiting a local hardware store from a long time ago........ great customer service and always have what you need. The6 seem to actually care about their customers. I'll go here over one of the Big Box hardware stores any day.

The customer service at this store is amazing! Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help. I ordered a weber grill and it was cheaper here than it was at "Lohes". And it came with free assembly. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with hello's and can we help. I was stunned because I am use to Lohes/the depot. I felt like I went through a time warp and was placed in the 1950s where customer service was still relevant LOL. Awesome people at this store!

We stopped by. Wow, what a big place. We entered the store and were greeted by very nice cashiers. We asked for help and we were immediately directed to the location. We found exactly what we needed and checked out with no issues.

We are not locals but have family down the road. We will definitely be back. Thanks Dodge City ACE!

Landon and Trembel went well above and beyond to educate me on the differences between Stihl Weed Eaters. I purchased confidently. Customer service here is better than most 5 star hotels with a welcoming environment and positive energy. Will check here before Lowe’s from now on.
