I tried to book online and couldn't because the truck I was shipping was lifted. I called and immediately got an answer. They offered me assistance over the phone and got me a driver the same day. The Driver was good and responsive. He had the truck from Denver to Austin in 2 days. The turnaround was impressive. The only dissapointing thing is that they charge an extra $100 for a vehicle that is lifted. This makes no sense and is not warranted. I was in a pinch and needed to find shipping asap. The extra charge was my only negative that I would say about the service. Overall, I was glad to have my truck to me in one piece and done promptly!

I have been using Direct express Auto Transport since 2013 and I have had 5 Cars shipped to me, Direct express gets me Best Rates, a fast pickup and delivery. My recent delivery was from Texas to California, my car was picked up same day & arrived a day earlier than expected with excellent care by the driver unloading it in an enclosed transport. These people took my money for a deposit after I cancelled service with them. They brokered a driver and lied to them that the vehicle was ready to pick up when the bank hasn't even cleared the check for purchase. The dealer confirmed that there was no communication. This company took $339.00 out of my account for a deposit anyway. I will contact the BBB with the details as that is where I found the info for the company in the first place.
