The food is good but if you get an order to go you need to check it. Once they left part of it out. The last time they left the BBQ sauce out (,ordered extra and paid for it) tonight orderd extra and paid for if. I even was getting my own i was told there was no need that they had put it in the bag. Guess what the only BBQ sauce in the bag was the one I personally filled and put in the bag myself. I asked the guy 3 times. We paid for this & even with me asking. This place is not cheap to began with. I need to add i was the only customer in the store. Now my granddaughter is upset with me. I did not know i needed to check the bag since I asked 3 times & even told him the last time we ordered they left it out even though we paid extra and he stopped me from getting my own. I supposed if I go back l need to take everything out of the bag then ask no tell them to repack the order. At least he allowed me one since i had already filled the small container. This is not the way to do business

I had the pick three meats plate. I got chicken, pork, and brisket. I got Mac n cheese and green beans as my sides. Also got a piece of pecan pie.

Overall food was good. All the meats were cooked perfectly and had good seasoning. I tried two of the different sauces offered, both were good.

For the cost, the plate came with plenty of food.

The pecan pie was ok. It’s definitely not home made.

Would recommend eating here if you want some quick barbecue

This location has gotten better over the years. I came here twice this week because the food and service absolutely blew me away. The prices are higher (can't blame them for that). But if they can keep this up like it's been then they will probably be the best Dickies around here.

DO NOT! I ordered online curbside. I came to get my order and the lady had an attitude when I called in the store. She actually hung up in my face. When she did come out with my food, it was literally thrown in the bag and had wasted. When I pointed it out, she snatched my bag and took it back inside. I walked in, asked for a refund very politely, she refused and redid my food. I get back to the car and open my food, the fries were not even done. The Texas toast was nothing more than a slice of bread with butter slapped on it. I left a tip and all and this is the best service they could provide? I will never be back! This particular location gives this chain a bad reputation.

On Wednesday , April 17, 2024 , I placed a pickup order using the Dickey’s App . On it it has a place where you can leave special instructions about your order . On the Brisket Sandwich , I left instructions to slice the brisket across the grain ! Anybody that loves brisket knows that in a brisket the grain of the meat runs in two different directions ( perpendicular to the other ) . If you cut it with the grain , the. Meat is stringy like spaghetti and it tough to chew . Whereas if cut across the grain , it’s flaky like catfish and super tender ! Well I had my order picked up by one one else and when they brought it to me , I discovered that it was cut with the grain instead of across the grain as ordered . It’s even on my receipt that it’s to be cut across the grain . I was very disappointed ! I called several times and had to leave messages for the manger to call me because nobody will answer the phone there . And as of 3:03 on Saturday, no one had called me yet !
The taste was good and the pulled pork my wife got was also very good but my brisket being cut Smith the grain wax as tough as shoe leather ! They need to train their meat cutter in the proper way to slice brisket !

A restaurant that specializes in barbecuing meats and complimentary dishes. I had the brisket and the pulled pork and it was moist and tender. A good selection of sauces to pick from based on your preference . Staff were were pleasant and accommodating. Plenty of seating at tables in case you want to bring a few people with you. Or just eat solo. The lemonade was delicious and thirst quenching. Side dishes of macaroni and fries were also great additions to to the dish I had. Will definitely look forward to going back and trying a few more dishes.

So I just went to dickeys for the first time and if I had the strength to go back and ask for my money back...i would. For $31 I expected more than this. (See Photo) I also ordered a sandwich that was so dry I had to take a drink with every bite just to be able to swallow it. Well...you live and you learn
