Until my parcel arrived at LAX gateway in Susan's hands, I had never had a bad encounter with any DHL for the longest.Right from her email, she looks to be rather rude and unprofessional with condenscending attitude.Usually I never post this, but I had to call you out as I'm not sure how many others have gone through with you.Medication cannot pass any DHL point without a prescription and i make sure to remind my provider to write me one before my medication is dispatched but, you chose to trouble me and purposefully delayed my delivery even though you had all the necessary information including the prescription for reasons most known to you.You really should go over your costumer service behavior closely.Right now, I not give a damn about what you do with my package.
