I walked into DHL not totally sure what I was doing, and Sheryl had me sorted out in no time. She was quick, friendly, and clearly knows her stuff—like, I’m pretty sure she could handle ten customers and a customs crisis without breaking a sweat.

She made the whole shipping process way easier than I expected. I had questions, and she had answers—plus a good sense of humor that made the whole experience actually enjoyable (which is saying something for shipping).

Customer service experience at this office was fine. I wasn’t informed about the regulations about sending a package. They didn’t list a package the right Information for taxes under their shipping ticket, including the IMEI that I provided and the tax codes. In result, I’m being asked by DHL Colombia, to hire a broker and pay $600 to free up a used phone (worth $350), after paying $220 for delivery. I was also told my email or cellphone (that I provided) wasn’t listed on the ticket and that’s why the contacted me a week after the package was retained at customs. You will think because of being a worldwide company with franchises everywhere you can trust their knowledge about regulations, but this ended being a headache after trying to send a used phone as a gift to my mother. Ended loosing the money for the delivery, and will end reporting the phone as stolen because this is all lack of knowledge from this office.

I brought my package to the hub here in OKC and Sheryl was fantastic! She made the process smooth and easy. The team even came out to my truck to get my package.
