Really horrible attitude and customer service, 4:30pm on 1/8. Inability to print receipt, and no empathy for wanting a tracking number. As I was leaving, I saw him lock the store 18 minutes before closing time. I came here because of the good ratings... never coming back

DHL is OUTSTANDING for international shipping! My packages regularly get there in the quoted time frame and date! DHL gives the recipient accurate delivery information and updates. Packages arrive super FAST! Additionally the Cupertino DHL customer service staff Kelly and Tiffany are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They are always positive and very helpful so the process is super easy and very efficient! For international shipping, always use DHL!!

This was my first time visiting this store to drop off a package. Their bright yellow trademark color was prominently displayed both in the parking lot and inside the store, making it very eye-catching. The store itself was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious, and it had a pleasant smell – I couldn’t identify the type of air freshener they used, but it was enjoyable. The lady working there was friendly and helpful.

Lovely DHL location! I had to send a package to India. The person there was friendly and got the job done. And I got 40% off. So why would I pay $116/$125 to Fedex when I could pay only $73 to DHL Cupertino and send it all the way to India. No- brainer as far as I am concerned! 🙂 And the package got to India on time. I have always received other packages from India through DHL and they have always come on time and intact. I feel nostalgic about India, when I look at the yellow DHL trucks. Thank you so much for great service and great prices!
