Garbage service, this is the fourth time that DHL has damage or loss. One of my packages, very disappointing.

Shipped my package that came from Hong Kong back to Hong Kong and then had to ship it back to the US. Before that DHL shipped a PlayStation that they broke. DHL truly is the worst company for shipping packages of all time.

I have also posted on Service Point Santa Ana, but please find the important luggage that was supposed to have arrived at Santa Ana from the LA Gateway but suddenly disappeared in a mysterious way!!!!!!! There must be only a limited number of employees who have had the opportunity to touch the luggage, Who did what and why is this situation happening? What your　need to do is to find the luggage

I had a very good experience. I was a bit nervous after reading so many one-star reviews, but so far so good. Eloy was very professional & helpful. If you're not used to shipping internationally, you might wait to seal up your package until you are there - there needs to be a copy of the invoice with the shipping label, and they can take care of that.

Some other reviewers commented on having to wait awhile and on difficulty parking. The parking area is large, but was also almost full. (It's a giant facility.) Still, I had no trouble finding spaces. And the customer service area does have just one employee. But I went on a Thursday at 11:30 and was the only customer there. I had to get a temperature check at the employee entrance first, and then I was able to take care of my package.

I can't comment yet on how the shipping will go; I just dropped off my package today.

I have 10 packages stuck at customs in LA Gateway (and 4 in Franklin Park, IL.) The two oldest were shipped on 30st June from Germany.
I have no food or prohibited items in the parcels. The invoice for the items is enclosed and I don't understand why the shipment is not cleared through customs and sent on to the recipient! Is there any customer service I can contact, please?

Contrary to what I read from someone who had visited previously, I realised that the place is open to personal shipping abroad and finding parking space wasn't difficult at all.

There was no long queue but it a very very very long time before i was attended to. I guess the processing is so daunting. However, I believe it can be improved on and become a lot faster.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Outstanding team!!! I update my old 5 star review since even more outstanding experience happened last week. I was in a very big rush to send documents to Europe (Romania) and Eloy went the extra mile to take extra care of the package and guaranteed it will leave on immediate flight (even called me for forgetting my things in the DHL office when I left). He told me to monitor for possible earlier delivery than estimated, and surprisingly the package arrived very fast, two days earlier. That was of huge help for me since there were some legal documents expected right away.
I have no words to thank Eloy and the DHL team for the outstandingly professional, fast, easy (they took care of everything, typing address, envelope), friendly service. Thank you all !!!

This is the worst gas station I've ever been to. This is the worst complete service. I went to the shawarma, in the shawarma, there aren't even any. It's impossible to wash, the water is cold, the staff is the worst. I don't recommend it to anyone.
