DHI Storage was arranged through the contractor (ServPro of Cerritos) handling my water damage repairs. These guys are great – Andrew especially. What a pleasure to work with – very communicative and professional! He delivered two different storage pods to my house at two different times, and very carefully positioned them in my backyard, which was a bit tricky down a narrow driveway with a turn. I was so glad it was him who picked them back up when the work was done, since he remembered how he got the trickier one in in the first place. No need to worry about getting your house or fence scraped up with Andrew - it’s quite an art getting those things out of there! And the storage pods themselves were very clean and secure, with a nice strong lock, so I would definitely recommend this company.

My container itself was fine, but the woman who answers the phone has a terrible attitude. I was trying to coordinate the container pickup and she seemed extremely annoyed, wanting me to just wait at home all day for them. She should not be working the phones or have anything to do with customer service. Extremely unhelpful.
