One of the DAKS trucks almost ran us off the road and would have definitely critically injured or killed us if we wouldn’t have slammed on our brakes. This was late at night (10:15pm on a Friday evening, October 15, 2021). The driver was entering the ramp to I-75 off of 301 and did not yield to the cars entering the ramp from the other direction even though he had the yield sign. He was going about 50mph as he entered the ramp so he probably couldn’t have yielded even if he wanted to, but he made no attempt to yield. If we didn’t brake hard, he would have broadsided us and I would probably be dead right now because I was in the passenger seat (and he was coming from our right). ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGENT DRIVING. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED THAT THEY HAVE A DRIVER ON THE ROAD REPRESENTING THEIR COMPANY WHO IS SO CARELESS AND CAVALIER!!!!

Have hauled for DAK several times, but I now have an invoice 61 days old (dated 03/23/2018). I have sent emails, text messages and have left numerous message with no response. Do not use!!! if they ever answer the phone.

Ship with via uship, the agree on $1800 for the transport and when they arrive is $3200.

Scammers like all the basement logistic company’s.
