Worst broker. Scammer. If you booked l9ad from this company. Be careful they just trying to rid of( cut ) more money from your booked load. Like whatever is detention, layover,or overweigt empty semi trailer and if you contact them for why you charged me or not paying detention then always its a client load not in our hand to pay you blaaa blaa blaa. So why we booked the load from them if you dont have access to tgese things. Bcz we booked the loae from you guys not straight from the client

It's unfortunate I'm having to give a negative review. I picked this load up 10/23/24 without any issues.... there was a lumper fee of 250$ that was paid.... Over the course of 2 months as the Driver on said load I've called numerous times trying to find out if the lumper was reimbursed..... specifically asking for a email or text message showing it. But these people at this company keep giving me the run around or sending me to a number with voicemail instead of getting it resolved. Unprofessional & i won't be working with them again.

Rate was ok not much different than anyone else out of the area.Getting them to answer the phone to deal with problems is impossible. Followed up for three days afterwards for detention time. and no one would answer the phone.They don't have a problem calling you to see where you are even though they have you on tracking. But after you deliver and want detention pay they won't answer the phone. just to be clear I was not petty enough to want 45 minutes of detention it is 3.5 hours.If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business
