Lease purchase flatbed had me in debt before I could get started. Went to orientation, no trucks. Sent back home for 8 days waiting on a truck. Go to East Peoria, to get a truck then to Atlanta to get a trailer, then to Alabama for equipment. The whole time I'm being charged fees and haven't ran a load yet. ELD not working. Contract or no contract uphold your end of the contract make sure your equipment is ready and in order before you screw someone over. Company contacts a joke. The one thing I took from orientation Joey Malone said "we are here to help you succeed ". Straight bull. To this day I still can't get a hold of anyone in the payroll department.

Saw more negative paychecks than positive, didn't get a 1st paycheck for 4 weeks, after I quit they added $2500 bill to my credit report without a call, text, email, or letter explaining why. Their maintenance is a joke. Trucks already have almost 500,000 miles on them when you get it. When I finally did get my truck, i sat at the shop for over a week due to waiting on a quantity control valve. And charged me for everything on that first week paycheck which put my first check negative so I had to work for almost a month just to get positive.

Stay away from this company. I started out leasing a truck from them and had nothing but problems with it. I left the terminal and went straight home to get my stuff and the truck had to be towed. I spent a week trying to get the truck from the shop but when it was ready malone talked to me like a dog and wanted to give the truck to someone else. So I went and got a truck from exclerate leasing in Indianapolis another big mistake. I worked my first and second week and never made a dime so I started looking at my statements and they charged me almost 3000 for a truck that I didnt even get to drive. I took it with a grain of salt after being told that there was nothing they could do about it. I worked for three months dealing with their brokers and dispatchers grossing $22,000 but only netting around $3,000 I was in the red the whole time dealing with malone. The dispatchers won't help you find any good loads and really don't care about you. I even had to break down and ask for $50 advance one time and was be little as a result of it after being told by my dispatcher she works for a living so should I. Stay away from this company trust me which I know most wont listen and if you are one of them all I can say is you was warned also after leaving they tell you they will hold all your money including loads you dropped for 30 to 45 days then they will look at your stuff and decide if you deserve to get your money. So good luck.

It's alot of bad reviews about not getting paid! I tell drivers to keep all thier bills in tact with invoice of load pay, fuel and insurance cost for court records. No trucking company want to deal with multiple lawsuits for withholding funds from a contractor. Punitive damage can increase dramatically in a withholding case. 3rd party Arbitration will be in favor of the companies wrong doing. You can appeal that and take it to 1st district Court. A 2,500$ situation can turn into 25,000$ worth of Punitive damage!!!! keep your contract handy because the Fed Govt created contractor laws per state which the court will request that information.

Been with CRST Malone almost 7 years paid one truck off and buying another. All the agents are very good at what they do. Loads could be paying a bit better. The only downside is outside maintenance for road service on hold way to long

I'm headed today to return the truck to the hub in Birmingham, AL. I will return with a post if any thing changes. This is a cover my butt situation. I will return there equipment in working form. Even tho I have put it in the shop twice for the same leak. I'm leaving in good standing, I have caused no accidents nor wrecked there equipment. I will post any other violations to me if this goes any further. I just couldn't make good money with this company. so I'm going to try a other venture. Signing off
