Element 13. Slept on site, appointment time 11:30 they got me in 07:30 amazing. Live unload at dock 3 in 30 min, can’t ask for any better than that. Scale in and scale out same way. Easy five star for this place.

First off this place needs a tarping machine to lay the tarp over the load. God forbid someone gets hurt on site due to the lack of proper equipment. Whoever is managing this place needs a reality check. I hope all flat bed drivers don't come here. Lack of respect and validation. Treats you like you're in jail.

Actually real location 1009 Ford Rd Muscle Shoals,AL.employees are rude,places very dirty and nasty, delivery quick and easy but for pick up waiting hours and hours only good think they have overnight parking short of truck driver don’t service this company

They have some problems with shipping department people. Very unprofessional and rude , causing problems and possibly accidents .
Everything else is fine .
Management needs to pay attention on shipping department before they make some serious problem.

Great experience delivering here. Read the signs. Radio/call in once you get to staging area. Delivered cans to dock 9. Scale in and scale out. Make sure doors are open and tandems are slid before you get to the unloading area or they will turn you around.

What a waste of time cant do this can't do that. Pull up back up. And also no place to pull under if it rains and it gets outta the heat or sunshine

I burns my butt. Can't figure out how tarp it. Had to add a 20ft tarp to cover 3ft.

If you're picking up a coil! Go to gate 6 rd off hwy 61. You have to have an appointment but that doesn't mean you'll get loaded by that time. They are strict on following the rules. Check in with guard. You'll need your PPE, driver's license and pick up number. If it's your first time you'll have to watch safety and tarping video.
