My experience:
I arrived at 7:30 am as agreed. Employee came out; it was apparent that there might be some problems with communicating due to a language barrier.

I pulled the new side view mirror out of its box. Employee loudly repeats at me, "Wrong mirror, wrong mirror!". I already knew that the mirror was shipped at a 180 rotation and was in fact the correct mirror.

I said that the rough surface where the screws had pulled out of the coach needed to be flattened/sanded. I pointed out the wires for the signal/heat/remote function protruding from the center hole. I go inside. There is a knock on my door. Employee barges into my coach, my home with no mask on. (I wore a mask when talking to him outside.) He leaves greasy footprints on my carpet, goes to the front to check the wires, I guess. (Nothing much to see, actually).

He goes outside again. I hear the drill working. I walk out, noticing many unmatched large screws on the ground, and ask, "Don't you want to check to see if the electrical features work before securing the mirror to the coach?" (This would involve turning on the ignition.) He begins yelling at me to go inside and let him work. I do.

After listening to more drilling, I come out again. Employee asks, "How is this?" Mirror is now attached at all 4 points, BUT not even close to flush with the coach. I point this out. He yells at me to go inside and let him finish. He tries to tighten one of the screws, which does not do anything, since it is the coach surface that is the problem. He backs out all 4 unmatched screws. (Screw holes were already enlarged and stripped by the collision, and are now even larger.) He begins pounding on the coach to flatten the surface, cracking the paint, Yelling that sanding will make the holes bigger. (Too late for that, frankly). Yelling, "If you don't like work, you can leave!"

By this time an employee from the tire business next door comes over to intervene. Attempts to communicate with the employee fail to resolve the situation. Employee keeps saying if I don't like his work, I can complain when he is done. Unfortunately, it was clear that he did not know what he was doing. He failed to prep the surface. He did not confirm that the electrical functions were operational. He did not know how mirrors are shipped. He was rude when entering my personal living space. At one point, I think he was talking to the owner, James. But he failed to get him involved. I took my mirror and left.

Jay, the person with whom we primarily dealt, was friendly, polite and great to deal with. The work they did looks solid. When we picked up the trailer, we saw there were parts/accessories missing (tongue jack stand, chocks); CCRV looked around, couldn't find them and immediately replaced them with new items. When we got the trailer home, we found more parts missing, broken or not reinstalled, as well as cat urine on one of the beds. Additionally, it took about an hour to clean up the debris left from the repairs. We let CCRV know what we found; again, they replaced the parts immediately and offered to install them, and offered to pay for any cleaning or replacement costs to the bedding.

I stopped here to find out about a repair to the metal box protecting my propane refill valves. It was just past closing time, but Isaac took the time to inspect it, give me his assessment that it was still structurally sound and suggest using loom wraps to further protect one of the propane hoses (the bleed valve hose). And then he went and got some loom he had handy and fixed it with loom and cable ties! And all for no charge!!! Concord Coach is now my official ‘local RV repair shop’.

I had a hard time finding the office. Look for this sign to the right just inside the gate behind a wrecked car. It's a trailer. The trailer was dirty inside, and a customer said they do good work. I never talked to the one employee who was on the phone for over 15 minutes. I browsed the accessories on the shelves but chose not to continue waiting.

The owner of Concord Coach, James, is a nice guy and a straight shooter. I banged up the rear end of my RV and he gave me a quote of about $11,500 to repair the damage that I did. Geico did their own independent estimate and came in at $12,500! This really shows the James is on the level.

I brought my 5th wheel in to have a jack system installed they cut the underbelly of the rig then taped it back up never seal up. The jack system worked once 6 jack system stabilizer jack have never worked error codes on controller. They tore my water closet apart repairing a waste valve water closet has never been the same since even after I took it back to them. Also had some TV cable work done outside cable jack still does not work. Toilet seal was leaking after they worked on rig was told they would have to pull the total to repair it. I bought a new toilet seal and install myself problem solved. The were late completing any work I took it in for. Left my rig filthy inside used the toilet as well. Unless the ownership has changed in the last year I would rather burn my rig to the ground then have them work on it.
