By far my worst experience getting my house hold goods moved during my time in the military. Company does not properly train members on proper packing or furniture disassembly. Seemed like the packing team was trying to get everything done as fast as possible as opposed to getting everything packed correctly (they were all very nice though!). Missing numerous items on delivery, driver said warehouse told him this was everything, had to schedule a second shipment, still missing a couch (i have the cushions and the legs) +numerous other items. Had an heirloom suit of armor passed down in the family. Every other moving company from previous PCS's treated this item carefully via crating. This company just threw it in storage/truck with no protection what so ever.

The worst and most expensive moving service i've ever used. The help was a joke and did not show one ioda of care for my stuff as it came back broken, scratch or damaged. All for the princely cost of $3,400 i would not let these people move a dog house little on my cherished belongings again. They just threw the stuff into storage at $200 an hour. The first move found the truck, a small box truck ,overheating at my expence! I recently hooked up my TV only to find it broken with a cracked screen and now sits as a giant eye sore. My piano was moved with no covering what do ever and was moved around on an unprotected two wheeler so the large gouge's were to be expected i guess.

One thing, to the black girl from Chicago, hey i want my cologne back. It went missing after i graciously granted you entrance to my bathroom upstairs! That bottle was a gift from my recently deceased partner! Y'all need to be more careful on who you hire, i think!

You had a black female on the initial trip to the storage facility from to my house, don't ball face lie...we are way more intelligent than you think!
