Ok guys if u are picking up a load here with a semi truck be aware this place is driver assi also they don’t have a loading dock they load up in the street, the broker will lie,I repeat this place is driver assist, they are not allow to go inside the trailer due insurance, very nice people and polite,

Kirk & his workers were excellent in getting everything in our house. They put everything together & put each item & boxes where we wanted it with no problem. I would highly recommend them. The price was over $10,000 cheaper than Mayflower & delivered sooner also. Kirk the driver was always letting us know where he was at for our scheduled delivery, from California to Florida.

Overall; not a good experience.

Still missing some key items that I am really needing.
1. A 5-6 foot yellow Step Ladder
2. A small Hand Truck that I could be using every
day as we’re unloading boxes.
3. A “Parts Box” that contains the mounting hardware
for installing the big mirrors on our master
bedroom Dresser/Chest.

A four wheel dolly was also missing but one of the drivers had one shipped to me, it’s not the one that belongs to me but I’m using it anyway.

Overall; not a good experience as the delivery of our furniture was 8 days later than the best Allied dates quoted.

Please see if someone can find our missing items,

If I could give a Negative 10 stars I would. I feel like I paid them thousands of of dollars the destroy my stuff and make my new home experience more like camping since they where almost 3 weeks late delivering our stuff. The are very nice upfront until that have all of your stuff than it’s nothing but lies and the runaround. Kim in the office is very rude and will never tell you the truth. You will have to jump though hoops with corporate to finally get at least some answers. Almost all of our furniture was damaged. Just want this nightmare to end.

Just to get you to sign the contract. I paid extra to have intertainment center put together, well that didn’t happen and neither beds were put up
If you look at the contract , this company owes me
140.00 that needs to be put back on my card . If my money is returned to card I will not leave a
