Sharon Buckley went above and beyond to guide us through the process of importing a vehicle from Canada to the US for my daughter's personal use. She gave us practical advice on how to transfer ownership from my dad (whose car it was) to my daughter, and she answered dozens and dozens of questions about the whole process. She took the initiative to phone us to explain the process. She was quick to respond to emails. I cannot praise Sharon highly enough.

People told me that importing a car from Canada to the US was simple and that I would not need a broker, but I have never done this before, and I needed guidance, especially since the car I was importing was not in my name, and it was being imported for someone other than myself. If you are in a less-than-straightforward situation, or you simply want someone to guide you through the process, I highly recommend you use Cole International, and you should ask for Sharon Buckley. 5/5 stars for Sharon's excellent and knowledgeable service.

Sharon Buckley is a saint!!!
She is one person and did about 19 peoples worth of work!
She is so helpful and really saved my day! Her department was extremely overwhelmed on the day that my 711 became a 911!! She really wants to see people happy and took the time to help me get all the right boxes checked. I can not thank her enough for the time and effort she took in making sure we were dialed in.
