They are the worst! If I could’ve gave them 0 stars I would’ve. Customer service is trash, they don’t reply to queries, they lie and say cargo is delivered when it’s not and the woman I deal with is the worst! Weeks now I’m trying g to get my cargo I paid for delivered and it’s run arounds. Will never use them again. I gave them so many tries. They also lied an say Caribbean Airlines wasn’t accepting my cargo because they didn’t “book” it but in reality they blacklisted them because they do not pay and now we have to suffer the consequences. We didn’t even know. Now she’s lying an say it was delivered but it wasn’t
