in 2016 added a flat roof dormer to our cape cod using another contractor. A solar tube wasn't installed properly by the "other contractor". We noticed we had a leak and C&K out to attempt a repair, knowing the likelihood would be replacing the rubber roof and correctly installing the solar tube.
They provided pictures up there, a 2 stage estimate (repair and replace) , were great communicators, organized, friendly, and will refer them with confidence to neighbors and friends in our area.

C & K did a great job repairing my roof. Very quick turnaround and a very thorough job. Both the estimator and the roofer were friendly and easy to work with. The customer service staff is fantastic! They communicated everything throughout the process and e-mailed pictures and billing receipts when finished. Plus, they are always extremely friendly. You can tell it is a great place to work!

This is the BEST business I’ve worked with.
Set a date and a representative to look at roof and give us a detailed estimate. We have a detached garage and the representative gave us detailed option for both house & garage (roof/gutters). So we could pick and choose all we wanted done. The second scheduled visit was to accept a contract and pay a down payment for project. Scheduled a time and day (with obvious exceptions based on weather) and they showed up with an 11 man crew and got everything done that day. Second day was for gutters installation.
Cleaned up extremely well and made 2 more post-project visits to examine completed work and verify everything was sealed and covered and cleaned up.
Professional, nice, communicative crew and company. Only company I’d recommend for anyone needing roof, gutters, fascia, soffit or siding. Only company I’ll ever work with on future projects if necessary. Price was less expensive than other bids, and with guaranteed premium quality materials that other contractors wanted to charge an extra fee for. They also guaranteed their actual installation and workmanship for 2 years after project with no extra fees. Great company doing quality work and NOT trying to screw you! That’s what a business should look and act like.
