To be fair, this trip was right after coming from Vegas, the night before. The hotel is clean and well kept, not very modern or up to date but still in good condition. Love that the rooms come with adequate storage, great views, nice shower and storage. Think a slightly upgraded Motel 6.

Customer service is the biggest issue here. It feels like a majority of the employees do not like their job or do not want to be there. I had several conversations with other guests about their experience, many remarking that employees outside of the casino area had attitudes and didn't want to help.

I had a good experience at Noho Cafe for dinner. My server was extremely nice, polite and made sure we had everything we needed while checking in consistently. Food was much better than expected compared to the diner next door.

I want to shout out Lisette and May at the front desk for doing a great job clearing up the Expedia booking issue. Both were extremely accommodating and understanding while keeping us apprised of the situation to get it resolved.

The sad thing is that there arent a bunch of options nearby so small changes and employees who actually care about providing good customer service would make this so much better. Even with the subpar food at Noodle House, Bakery and the Diner.

If this wasn't one of the last places to stay before visiting, I wouldn't recommend it.

Came to play the slots. Didn’t win but those are the chances. Got to watch their comedy for free. But the worst part was the buffet. At best mediocre, definitely not worth the dinner price for Friday/Saturday. If we decide to come back we’ll definitely eat before or wait to eat else where. Staff was friendly and helpful.

While it's a bit of a trek from the freeway, it's well worth the visit. Very spacious casino. A good variety of dining options. Staff is very friendly. Good perks for signing up for their rewards card (including discounts of their restaurants). Will definitely return.

Bingo is great! Love the refreshments and the computer/tablet. However, I wish the games were harder. The games now are over quickly. I wish there were more of a chance of winning especially when people are paying a lot of money to play. The caller is good, but I think if they waited the whole 15 seconds before calling the next number would be helpful since there’s ppl daubing multiple papers. Also when paying for the computer it should come with atleast paper book for free. Overall, having a better program with more games would be awesome as well as more specials.

The road to the casino was pretty remote but really gorgeous scenery. They still wanted you to check your temperature at the door which after a long ride I was pretty annoyed by it. Not sure why they're still doing this. They were doing renovations in the lobby while we were there really didn't disturb anything. Rooms were clean no issues there. Hope they would come to clean our room while we were at Yosemite during our two days day. Lots of restaurant options in the casino all were really great that we tried. We had the buffet, noho diner and drinks at the bar nothing was too overpriced and everything was good. Lot of gaming options on the casino floor and the pool in jacuzzi were great. Open till 10:00 p.m. wasn't packed with people or children. Only a 30 minute drive to Yosemite national Park which is why we chose this location really wasn't disappointed enjoyed our visit.

Fun trip up to the mountains for a little get away. Rooms are nice. Casino floor is looking a bit dated but still nice.
Huge selection of games.
Close to Yosemite.
Has a fuel station, with a Sonic, huge convenience store, plus smoke shop. There is also a dispensary on property.

They are having google delete bad reviews to give their selves a better look. I have seen them change the pay out tables on video poker right after you play the machine which means they're doing it to all their games. Stay far away from this casino. If you want a better experience, look out of the area or go to table mountain
