My move was bouched from the start Frank walked. From his discouraging comements to his horrible scheduling.
They came and moved 1/2 of our belongs and said they would let us pack for another day and that they would come back the following day.
I am sitting in my room right now with all my belongs in boxes but due to his miscommunication I will have to wait five days for them to come back.

The mover / workers were great !

* Update Frank the estimator / talked to my apartment manager and stated that myself and my partner were lying about the scheduling errors. It's okay I hired another company to finish our move.

Basically if something is missing or damaged during the transport, you are difficult to get any compensation. Do not trust them at all.
