Chicagoan Logistic tried to book a load with us and we would not use them because of their FreightGuard reports, which includes:
- unethical or deceptive business practices
- no show and no call
- repeated pickup or delivery service failures
- cancelled after accepting loads
When we told him we would not book the load with them, he then proceeded to swear at our employee and we hung up the phone.
