Walked in to learn about starting a partnership between my transportation company and their brokerage.... every single employee in the office gave a dirty stare as if we were unwelcome there. When we asked if we could speak to someone, they all looked at each other hesitant to respond. One woman stood up and said in short that no one had time to speak to us and asked what we needed.... and followed up by asking what could I do for them (isn’t this supposed to be a joint lucrative effort?) Glad I did not start any type of business relationship here as I see communication and customer service is severely lacking!

Terrible company. No levels of communication and when management gets involved they further dig a bigger whole by providing invalid info regarding shipment. Communication is key is this business as many times product is being handled that is needed to fulfill for orders. Their inability to EVEN do the bare minimum made our working relationship impossible. Stay away !!!
