Unfortunately for us CEVA Logistics was the vendor used by the company we ordered our new refrigerator from. Per their CEVA tracking is showed that CEVA received the item on 10/23/24 and should be delivered 10/24/24 when we called on 10/23/24 to confirm delivery date and time we were told that item would not be delivered until 10/26/24 between 9am -5pm ; when asked why rep said. We will call, we didn't even call you yes drop off is scheduled for Monday 10/26/24.

Ok we didn't argue we let that go. Then delivery day came they literally dropped it off around 9:30am ON THE PALETTE . My husband asked if they weren't going to bring it in or take it off the palette their response " It's Basic drop off". WHAT!!!!! Contacted the company we ordered from to complain about the vendor they used was told per contract CVA Logistics were suppose to bring item into any room as requested by customer .

CEVA your service sucks!! You guys should do better. Good Customer service is key to a successful business

I have to be honest I was very very skeptical after reading the reviews for this company. However, I was very pleased with this delivery company. Yes, I had to call and schedule a delivery date. But they were very friendly on the phone and I received my delivery on time. And I must mention the delivery was made while Hurricane Debbie was passing by.
The two delivery men were very nice and nice professional and my glass door arrived in perfect condition.

Read a lot of negative reviews on this company. They weren't bad, but did show up a little later than told (said 20 min, but was 60 min). Also, it would have helped if they could have brought our heavy power reclined sofa inside the house instead of leaving in driveway. Other than that, the delivery was ok.

Eli and Puri did a wonderful job with my delivery today! I called this morning to confirm the details and Jonna answered quickly and was very professional providing me with the information I needed for the delivery. The guys did call me 30 minutes prior to arrival with further instructions. They delivered the pallet to my door and everything was good to go! I appreciate the professionalism from this company especially after reading the other reviews I was a bit concerned but they did a great job and would recommend for anyone needing to ship large items. Thank you guys!

Horrible company Kayla hung up on me when I tried to explain that I cannot change delivery dates. It was scheduled to be delivered 9/10 for a reason. That was the only day I could be home, Kayla said "Take it up with Amazon". For now on if I see it's CEVA then It will have to say SEE-YA!

This has to be the most unprofessional delivery service, and I can not seem to understand why shippers use them. I'm guessing because it's cheap, so you truly do get what you pay for here. If your package is coming from NJ to your door in FL, it will take a whopping 2 WEEKS (Minimum). As a OTR driver myself, believe me when I say that's ridiculous and unheard if. They can not follow a schedule, so there really is no point in Even scheduling a delivery appointment with them, because it never makes it on time. I'm left baffled by this company. DO NOT USE CEVA. I've literally had packages sent from om the UK that deliver faster than these people.

This company prides itself on Amazon, as a company that will, not only offload your purchased equipment free-of-charge, but they also cheat you into thinking they will install the purchased equipment for the costumer. I was indecisive between a separate company vs this one…but because CEVA Logistics stated online, that they would put the equipment together as promised, I opted to trust in them after my purchase of over 2K on home-gym equipment. I only wish I would’ve recorded their delivery guys’ faces…they couldn’t have made me feel more ridiculed upon my confusion - asking them WHY they were not going to put my equipment together as stated on their website…they apparently thought it was hilarious that I as expecting that of them; as promised by their employer. Do not trust this company!

They weren't friendly or helpful, they just wanted to drop off and leave. Left the boxes on the pallet and would not do anything more than that. Boxes are incredibly heavy for one female, there were two men that dropped it off that could have easily helped me out.
