As a driver, you go where the delivery is supposed to be made. I ended up at 3 different locations for my delivery. 1. the guard shack at the address. 2. the check-in office at another location 10 minutes away. 3. The location to get unloaded, another 10 minutes away.

I have to say other reviews got it right. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant. Easy back up once assigned a dock, but they will stop unloading you and then unload other trucks instead. It is only FCFS for OTR drivers and their local drivers it is show up when you do and we will unload you immediately. 0 regard for the clocks of drivers who aren't their local day cab drivers.

This has to be one of the worst places I've ever been. I delivered to a job sit before I loaded this load. Even the job site was better than their properties. If I would've unloaded in the first dock they put me in my review would be better. But they sent me to a second warehouse that shouldn't even be used. It had a concrete lot that was all busted up with huge holes. Had to wait for over an hour for someone to show up to unload me. Once in dock he said. They changed their mind you have to go to another warehouse. So I follow him to other warehouse which isn't any better. This one I had to back in off of county road. Plus once I crossed Mississippi line out of Arkansas the roads are bad. City streets in Greenville are bad. All I can say everything about this was bad. When I was navigating through all this rough terrain I heard popping going on. So after I got home I had my mechanic check my truck. He found a busted shock and a busted bracket probably from all the twisting on the truck. So between fuel and shop bill I went in hole on this load. If you care about your truck. STAY AWAY FAR FAR-AWAY THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

Unusually not slammed busy in the morning. The first 3 arrivals were processed in less than 15 minutes. I was out with signed paperwork very quickly.

Shipper incorrect loading me at down road 8mile. Warehous weight distribution attention they give me load 30k at front and 36k. At back in 53' when my hole (well technically not my:) tandem was in 8 hole. For legal Bridge Law, but for 34/34 I set it back to 16th!! Hole which definitely bad. Bridge law in Louisiana is enforced. And I was really lucky when passing weight station. They watched my weight and not see my tandem wooh.. ⭐ for distribution weight and.⭐⭐⭐ for fast load.

Check in at office cross the street soon your load ready they take 30 minutes to loading up you can park at the shoulder as much as you want I parked there all the holiday weekend it’s 3 days no problem
