I've had cars shipped before and by far this is the worst example I've ever had. Don't even waste your deposit, don't employ them period. Alex is a con man & they all just pin it on each other, when someone needs to be held accountable they just kick the bucket. I'll never use them again. I told them in the beginning l needed my delivery on 12/29/24 because l have a plane to catch Monday morning. They said it wouldn't be a problem. It's Monday evening and l still haven't received my vehicle. Terrible service, just horrible.

You're probably finding this review the same way I did, after they didn't fulfill their obligation and they keep telling you the drivers coming tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. It's not a con, but they certainly do not pick up / deliver cars reliably. Just eat the deposit you've paid and schedule another shipper. Look up their address contact the local authorities, if enough of us continue to do this hopefully they will be shut down.

This is not a good company to trust your car to get shipped with. They showed up to haul my husband Range Rover. There trailer all dented up the driver didn’t speak English well or when I asked questions he said sorry I don’t know! Very unprofessional.
