1) Parking Instructions
Do not park on the road marked in red. Around 8 a.m., the police arrive, and after issuing a warning, they start handing out tickets. They can also fine you without a warning. Parking is prohibited there.

Instead, park in the area marked in green. A police officer advised moving to that spot. You can park on the right side there. This will prevent you from getting a ticket while you are checking in at the office.
I noticed that in the area marked in yellow, the police didn’t seem to bother anyone either.
I witnessed the police issuing a ticket to a driver who wasn’t in their truck.

2) Office Location
The Caribbean Shipping office is the same as the Odyssey company. It’s marked with a blue dot in the photo. The office is at the corner of the building.

Four stars because there is no proper parking. No complaints about the warehouse work. They unloaded quickly.

For Carribian Shipping/Recieving pls follow the yellow line drawn on the screenshot just to save 20-30 min time messing around with the right building.
Try to park on the right side of the road (the left is for traffic).

Checked in at 7:15am for 8am appointment. Docked immediately. Unloaded by 8:30am. They charge $5 for checks. They only accept checks for lumper payment. 4 starts for charging $5 for checks when they are free at any truck stop.

I was looking for a shipping company to send some items to My father in Puerto Rico and reached out to Caribbean Shipping. From the start Cecillia was very nice and knowledgeable on how to get the hurricane relief items safely to the island. The price quoted was the most affordable I found and the service was outstanding!

It look about a week for the items to get there and a few more days to go through Hacienda. Today my dad picked up the generator, water and other much needed supplies. It look about 15 minutes for them to get him the items I sent. He told me that the staff in Puerto Rico were very friendly and helpful. They even assisted him in loading the items in the car!

Thank you very much Carribean Shipping!! I highly recommended this company and will refer all my friends and family to you! Job well done.

One of the worst places to pickup a load from. Checkin for a 9am pickup was told not loading til noon it’s 1:43pm and I’m still waiting… be prepared to wait at this place
