Extremely unprofessional. Their representative was unprofessional, and bad business. We are a carrier who delivered a load for them in April 2025, after being held up at the shipper for 6 hours we requested detention from them for the delay. We followed their protocol of tracking and submitting BOL with in and out times as they have requested in timely fashion. Their rep promised to compensate within 48 hours. After 48 hours we made multiple attempts to reach out to them over email and phone, they have not responded to us and blocked our number.
It has been 5 business days and we had no response and this seems to be buried now, bad business here. Not sure if I ever wanna put one of my trucks to their loads.

This is what happened outside of Nashville. Classy! This young man was on his way with a trailer full of supplies for NC. I hope the company takes note and does something about this person who should not be driving a rig!

I usually don't like writing reviews online especially bad ones but I have been putting too much work into this with no results nor communication back !
Attached below is the confirmation from Cardinal that shows delivery on the 28th of June by 3 PM as well as a picture from our GPS that shows we were there before 3 PM and delivered on the 28th of June !
Just because of their trackers didn't update our empty status in their system until Monday , Cardinal charged us $500 late fee and since then I am trying to talk to someone and resolve this but my calls are being dodged and my emails ignored ... Special shoutout to Marce Smith !

Today this guy hit my truck and ran away on i75 near piqua OH really unprofessional drive and don’t know how to drive a semi truck i want to say the company tell your driver to drive a 2 wheeler not a semi truck

This company delivered a mattress for Mattress Firm to us on Dec. 16, 2023. Their drivers/delivery people were terrible and damaged our brand new wooden bed. They have been unresponsive in getting the bed fixed or us compensated for the damage. I would think twice before using this company if you value your own company's reputation.

Greg Hample Was very courteous and very nice and full of information. He was answering questions for me before I had the chance to ask.
