I had them build a trailer for me but after using it one round trip to Colorado the paint on the fenders and the front wore off. It must not have cured in time for my trip. And the left fender is crooked! I'm not real happy at this point. I would look elsewhere

Very poor customer service, and communication! I bought a new diamond C trailer from them someone had taken the spare tire off, they told me they would order one for me (I was charged for a spare tire and wheel) After calling seven times over 6 months to get this straightened out and get my spare tire (8 lug 14 ply) they still gave me the runaround about trying to find one for me!!! I also had a problem with the leaf spring was not installed correctly! They told me that was my fault and nothing they would cover under warranty?! Make sure you look the trailers over if you buy one here otherwise you will never get it warranted!! Look at the picture it was installed on the wrong side of the spring! The spring eventually broke and I had to cover the new spring and labor myself

I do not recommend this business. I'm not going to spend the time detailing my experience because other than leaving a review, I'm just going to let it go. The service was poor, staff unprofessional, and sloppy. It was an absolute headache, like dealing with a low quality used car lot.

Steven the manager himself is astounding at his job, the company on the other hand and the customer service at the other two locations need improvement I purchased a new dump trailer and got it home and had no Manuel or any maintenance paperwork on it I’ve had it a little under a month only used it 5 times and the lug nuts backed off and they couldn’t do anything for me would recommend doing buissness elsewhere

24' 14k Equipment trailer. Two years into ownership the deck is rotted out, almost all of the paint is running off the trailer, and half the tires have separated. Welding and design seem decent but I've owned tons of trailers in the past under the same conditions and none of them have needed a complete overhaul this fast. They definitely cut some corners to meet the price point. I'm a very light-duty user compared to most, too.

I bought a 6.5x12 Carry-On aluminum trailer from them in August of 2020. The trailer developed some minor cracks in the welds 11 months later. The owner helped me get a warranty claim started with Carry-On and everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service!

Awesome business to buy from! They sat down with me and helped draw up what I wanted to specific wants. Will say that there is a wait time but for the quality and craftsmanship It was worth it. Best price I could find in my area as well. (Mobile, AL) Thanks and will come back if in need of another. (have had the trailer for over a year at this date, no problems).
