I've had a few experiences with Michael (didn't catch his last name), and he is so professional, accommodating, and cheerful! On one occasion I had to push back the pick up time last minute, and he was very understanding. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Terrible customer service. I was given incorrect information several times for where the driver was (i.e. - "he's on site picking it up", 10 minutes later "he's on site picking it up".) I was also promised a delivery time that the company later told me was impossible due to "San Francisco traffic". Well, then don't agree that you can make the delivery then! Lastly, they asked if we could have someone run out to get the item because parking would be touch- this after the delivery time was incorrectly promised and the driver already had the item (i.e. when the payment had been made and there was no way to get the item there sooner).
