We called Boston Courier in the early afternoon because we were gifted some tickets to a ball game tonight. In the process of coordinating, we realized that we were not going to be able to connect to pick up the tickets. I called and spoke with Phil who told me that he would be able to make it happen...he said within two hours, and I thought that was for pick-up...it turns out it was pick-up and delivery...GREAT COMMUNICATION along the whole process and it was easy and flawless. Fast and efficient!! I called in a panic this morning to get a forgotten item picked up in Boston and delivered to Martha's Vineyard. Phil made this possible in a matter of minutes, got the quote and estimated delivery time. Not cheap but you pay for the efficiency and quick delivery, very worth it!!
