I’ve gotten ripped off so many times by this branch. I recently moved and have tried 4 separate times to close this account. All 4 times I have been put on hold for 45 min, at the least, to talk to a banker. Since not being able to close the account, I have gotten a “service charge” of $12.00 which put me into a negative balance. I then got over charged into about $150.00 worth of fees. For a bank I can’t deposit in where I live, nor I guess ever close. I wouldn’t even give this bank one star.

ATM is frequently down for more than one day. Workers are kind, but this is a great inconvenience for anyone needing to deposit money when inside is closed

Absolutely a horrible bank to have to deal with. Terrible customer service. All this bank does is screw up and then charge you for there mistakes. Way better banks or credit unions with amazing employees who want to help you not screw you

What to say worst bank in Fond du Lac or maybe even the world . This bank is nothing but a corporate machine that does not care about there customer or customer time. Just a useless, heartless staff . So many better options in Fond du Lac

Very disappointing that the hours changed during the pandemic. People are still working and can't get to the bank by 4 during the week. Other banks are open until 5.
