No stars AT ALL .. I called for a whole month trying to get my items. Yes my car was taken AND YESi retrieved my vehicle. Their policy says they are not allowed to take items out the vehicle. They broke their own policy and took out both carseats and paperwork out from my car. I am frustrated with the lady who answers my calls. She doesn't want to give my items back. What is corporate phone number.

I set up a appointment with a very nice lady. I made it there a few minutes late. They were very professional. I was able to retrieve all our belongings from our vehicle. Bid them farewell and left foe home.

Terrible this lady treated my wife and me terribly. She threatened my wife saying that i could not bring her to get my vehicle. That lady should not be working there she treats people badly and has no compassion to other people which is not great when it comes ro customers i would not recommend this towing company be used just because of her because she will make it difficult to get your car back . This lady would not be fine and try to give me an appointment stating she had other appointments meanwhile when i walked in there was nobody in there she is rude and needs to be FIRED !! .I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 and showed up at 3:38 pm and she would not give me a break and i had to pick up my childern from daycare so i had a rough day without a car and had to miss another day of work to get my vehicle would not recommend that lady is bad and treating people like that is NOT OK !!!!

Jennifer was so helpful and understanding. The driver was courteous and patient. One of the worst experiences that I got myself into and they both made it easier to deal with! I would give more stars if I could!!

I understand that Repo people are usually ash...s, but when a carrier sets an appointment and you don't want to release the cars, that's nasty.

Jennifer went above and beyond to help me out can’t thank them enough also thank you to the tow truck driver who helped me out and didn’t make me wait hours for my car was bad enough I had to fly out there to get vehicle they made the process so much easier great service
