We asked to come pick up our item from the warehouse to get it more quickly. Carrie was great about accommodating us. The dock staff helped my husband load it in the back of our car. Couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Blue Streak crew were very professional and courtesy. They contacted me and let me know when my treadmill was ready for delivery. Letting me know that time/date for delivery could be changed if required. Treadmill was professionally assembled and checked. Great job!

Excellent experience. I opted to have a queen bed delivered . The bed company used Blue Streak as the "white glove service" courier. The driver contacted me about 30 minutes prior to arrival, setup my bed, and removed all packaging materials. He ensured I was satisfied with how everything was setup before leaving. I've never used a service like this but found Blue Streak to be competent, timely, and professional. Great experience.

I had a great experience with this delivery company! They worked with city furniture to deliver my furniture. I was nervous after reading city furniture reviews, but they delivered everything in a timely manner, they even went above and beyond because one of the pieces couldn't fit through the front door. The furniture was not damaged and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them!

Terrible experience. We ordered a swingset that was to be delivered on Sept. 14. Received multiple texts about this being the date. Checked tracking that morning and date was changed to Monday. Monday morning at 6:54am received a text stating that the delivery would arrive at 9:53am. Since we also paid for assembly along with delivery, the assembly crew contacted us to explain that they work with this courier all the time and they never leave the boxes where they need to be. My disabled husband waited outside from 9:45am-11:30am to ask them to put the boxes in our backyard. He contacted the number that sent us all the texts, and they assured him it would be there by 6pm that night. That time came and went so we called again to tell them we never received it. 8pm comes and I get a call from the driver that they were 2hrs away. I said no, my son is asleep and we will be getting in bed around that time. I asked if they could come Tuesday instead. He said the company would call me the next day to reschedule and that he couldn’t guarantee what day it would be. My husband called them first thing that day and they said it would arrive by 6pm on Wednesday. We received a text that day that said the driver would call us 30 min before arriving but that no signature was required. They showed up Wednesday at 4:45pm (did not call ahead like the text said). I answered the door and the driver asked where we wanted it. I said the backyard bc that is where it will be assembled the following day. They said no we can’t do that. They asked me if I had a lend and I said yes. The driver then said you don’t have to sign but since you are here why don’t you. At this point I’m upset bc the assembly crew had warned us that they would not want to put it where we ask them to. I explained that my husband is disabled and that we could not move the pallet of four heavy boxes. I said that he had called them and they assured him that they could put it where we ask. They were adamant they needed to put it in the garage. I then called the company and the person confirmed what they said that they could not put it where we ask and that we didn’t need to sign for it. The entire process has been a cluster. I would never recommend using this company as nothing that we were told would happen did happen. And they didn’t deliver the slide so we will likely need to deal with them again since the playground company contracts with them. Very disappointing experience all around!

Great service! I'm a happy camper. They texted me as soon as my package was at their warehouse and gave me a date and 4 hour window of delivery in the afternoon. I was not going to be home in that time slot so they moved my delivery to the am with no hassles and just made it easy. Showed up around 830am and smooth delivery with a smile. Thank you for working with me and delivering as promised. Highly recommend Blue Streak Service.
