Best place I have worked for in my 7 years of trucking. The lease program is very good and not a scam. They care about the drivers and treat them with respect. The company feels like family. They are a family-friendly company. No games, just business!

Very solid company to work with. If you enjoy flexible schedule with pre-planned routes no-force dispatch and you value home time- this is the place to be. Office support is excellent. Driver's pay is in the upper tiers for the industry. New, well-maintained equipment and 2-way communication are top priorities here. I highly recommended anyone interested in an OTR driving position to give BIA a try.

Excellent team, new equipment; and I mean new- from gloves, straps, and everything in between, to trucks. Nice and polite dispatchers, company cares about driver, unlike 99% serbian companies. Easy going ppl. They don't pay top money, but the fact they prefer normal and fair relations makes it up for me.

BIA is great to work with. So much so I am actually taking the time to write a review, which I very rarely do. They were on time to the pickup on a critical team load that was 900 miles. They made it in 17 hours. When I called them at 10pm, someone answered and was able to quickly track my shipment's location which allowed me to update my customer when they wanted an evening update. Professional and great service. I could not be more pleased with their service and plan to use them moving forward.
