Dear company with the loud name "Better Trucks". You delivered me a parcel that was opened, from which part of the order was taken out. I already left a request on your website on 12/22/2024 under the number (35200). I provided you with photo evidence. I do not understand your silence, is it the company itself that commits theft? Or will you find the culprits and deliver to me what was stolen? In the photo of the parcel delivery, on your website, taken by your courier, it is clear that you delivered me an opened package! How should this be understood? Do you steal the contents of the parcels? And then do not respond to the request from the client? Or do your employees do this and you protect them?

Stay away from this company! They have lost two of my packages within a week! I understand things happen and when the first one got lost, I was very understanding.. but TWO different packages

Also, they are deleting real reviews from real customers that talk about their own similar experience. Why would they have to delete reviews To cover up This is all alleged, since I don’t want to get in trouble. But all I’m saying is that there were at LEAST 50 negative reviews in the last month saying the same thing happened to them, and now they’re all gone. I wouldn’t be surprised if this one disappears, too.

Edit: apparently they have TWO pages to leave reviews, so I guess they are not deleting reviews. But they still suck !

I wanted to make sure that I left a review for Better Trucks as I saw there were quite a few negative ones. The item that I ordered I have to be home for to provide my identification . I ran an errand this morning and when I got home I checked the tracking and saw that they had attempted delivery a few minutes before I had gotten home. I started to freak out because I'm not familiar with this delivery company. I did not have High Hopes after I read some of the reviews. However, I sent a message through their website to them and received a response in probably 35 minutes or so. We exchanged a couple messages and Jazmin was very kind and courteous. Not long after that I received a phone call from the delivery driver saying that he was in the area again wanted to make sure I was home and was going to deliver it. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to my message. I was happy with how nice they were to deal with. The guy who actually did the delivery could not have been nicer even though it was raining outside. Maybe if I had an attitude when I was dealing with them it might have been different but that doesn't do anyone any good. Thank you better trucks!!!

Had a package coming from AliExpress that was said to be delivered but was not, looking at the route they delivered it to the wrong place but the map isn't detailed enough to show where. They have no way to contact them about missing packages on their website nor does their phone number give you the option. They are clearly the worst of the worst and need to fail miserably and quickly before they ruin many more people's day. I will do my part.

This is the proof of delivery. Get real.

I haven't received my package. Although the status indicates that it has been delivered. I've been at home all day. There was no courier. Please return the money I spent or my parcel. I work hard to ensure my decent life. But your company has no respect for their work and is probably stealing packages. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to contact the police.

Reading the reviews, I was already skeptical of this company before even having issues. Sure enough, I too can attest to the fact that this company should be avoided at all costs. They must be offering rock bottom shipping rates as nothing else about their service would make them a desirable option in my mind. To begin with, their tracking service is extremely lacking in comparison to competitors. No details, no information, and that is on top of the fact that the tracking lags far behind reality and does not seem to update frequently. If you were to experience an issue with delivery (like the 600+ unfortunate folks who left reviews already), the options by which to contact this company are very limited. Their website as a whole is totally geared towards enterprise, almost no mention of the consumer. There is no phone number, just an email address which must be scarcely monitored as I have had minimal responses with extreme wait times. When I did get a response, it was a very brief “we will try again tomorrow”. I provided additional instructions as well as an entry code to my building, but they were still unable to deliver the package. They claimed to attempt a delivery four days in a row with no success. I am not sure whose shoulders this absolute failure rests on, but regardless, I would highly recommend turning elsewhere for shipping services and avoiding retailers using better trucks. One word description of my experience with this company would be “pathetic”.

I drive for a living using various companies to keep myself booked up. I signed up with these scam artists last year and was recently added. They gave almost no information as to what you would be dealing with or how they go about their pay scales, only that the route is 75-250 in pay, they have no one on site with any information to get you going. They filled my car to absolute capacity nearly 40 packages and still would not reveal the pay for the route. I completed the route which had me jumping all over with what they called most efficient routes, which is absolutely not even close, then only paid 59 dollars ! So not only do they hide what you will be making but do not even give the minimum. There are plenty of places out there you can make good money doing this. Better Trucks is not one of them do not waste your time or miles. They deliberately obfuscate information you should have and take advantage of 1099 workers. I am assuming since I had 2 returns that were not able to be completed due to people living in locked buildings and not being home. So then it turns into you get less pay even though you hit every address on the route, and now you have extra mileage to drive to return those packages or not get paid. Way to punish your drivers for things that are in everyone else’s control but theirs. Seriously get on LinkedIn in get on indeed there are reputable companies everywhere that don’t abuse their contractors.

I had a surprisingly pleasant experience with the company after I missed the initial shipment. I filed a support request to get info as to when delivery would be attempted again, and they replied within minutes. At the time, I was taking care of some errands and they worked with me, having the driver contact me directly to coordinate with me and make sure I would be around to receive the package on the 2nd attempt.

Great customer service and the driver was professional and polite as well.
