Even though the price we paid was double from what was quoted to us I am giving 5 stars because the service was excellent. I worked with Jack who kept me posted and was responsive at all times. The driver recovering the car was nice and professional. Car was delivered from Los Angeles to New York within 6 days. I recommend best car shipping, just be aware that price may double.

Jack Miller from Best Car Shipping was great to deal with and kept communicating at all times. No upfront fees either! Jack provided transport driver phone info and location at all times. Driver arrived on time for pick up and delivery was spot on! Tesla arrived safely. I have more to ship cross country and will use them again. Don't go cheap with your ride when you ship. Dominic the transporter was awesome and protected the car's interior and was good to her 🙂

Don’t ever do business with them. My car could shipped across the world faster then they will even give you a transporters info, first I went with soonest date that they had available, so I new would pay could days storage. Then the drivers insurance they were supposedly waiting for, finally told me they had a driver but he had truck problems. Just tell me you stole my money with a legal contract.
