Driver this morning at 10:05 a.m., I-95 North.

Laying on the horn, trying to get other cars to move because he doesn't know how to maintain safe stopping distance.

To clarify, I'm not the car he was honking it. I was behind, watching this happen. Nobody brake checked him, and yet still laying on the horn.

When you drive a company vehicle, you represent the company. Drive better.
