Had a window shattered on my RV when they cut the grass. They said they re viewed their security cameras and could not see anyone around the RV during the time it was broken. The shattered glass was on the ground where the RV was parked and the grass was freshly cut. They offered 1 month free rental. When I stated they should replace the window they sent me an eviction notice. They refused to pay for damage caused by them or their employee.

The manager and secretary there are rude. The secretary told me that I needed to wash my hair. I was behind on my rent. I understand that they have a job to do. You don't treat people that way. They need to learn how to talk to people. If you rent there make sure you have money. I had money but the money unexpectedly stopped coming in.
