Is there a store where all employees care to be there, pay attention, and actually want to help? Possibly not. Is there a store where most people care to be there pay attention and want to help, that'd be rare. Till a truly welcoming kind friendly enjoyable store experience happens, all the way around, you and many other stores will get One Star for a review. Fake tones of voices pretending to want to help don't count. If I can know your heart instantly, and it's not welcoming me or listening with care, I'm gonna feel it, and it's going to be distracting and disappointing. You'd think that one that comes in the name of Jesus Christ and embraces all good things would be loved and appreciated by all, but it seems to be the opposite and I can testify to it that His words are true, "They will hate you because you love me." All who think they know Him lie to themselves and to others." I might be the only One who knows. The rest might just be beating around the bush and sugar coating the message. If you care you'll repent and then come follow me. If you care you'll find me. If you really are, you'll seek. Till then I say that the kingdom of heaven has come near to you. I rebuke you. Repent.

My husband & I had an absolutely amazing experience! We were there when it opened. Ashley greeted us at the door.

An outdoors person paradise lol. Even if you don't hunt or fish....this place will have something that will pique your interest. There is plenty of things to see and do while there. But also a lot of great items to shop. From clothes, hats and caps.... to sunglasses. Endless varieties. Gorgeous place to explore and shop.

I had never been to Bass Pro Shops before this past Saturday December 9, 2023. It was just amazing! I watched the show, " Last Man Standing", and Bass Pro Shops really makes me think of that show. I wish I lived in a house but on a smaller scale of this store. Beautiful!

We love going to Bass Pro. They have so many different things for outdoor things. Great place to show kids different types of wild animals. Live fish for everyone to look at.

It was ok. Not a good experience. Cashier acted as if we were disturbing her. Wasn't friendly at all. Only person that was friendly was the greater. Went out of her way to show my grandkids the animals up high!!!
