We decided to use a baggage transfer service while my wife and I walked the Highland Way. As we were doing it in 6 days, the freedom of just having to carry a day pack gave us the opportunity to enjoy the walk a little more casually. Baggage Freedom had our bags on site every day well before we arrived at each of our stays. We even had a change half way through, and they accommodated it with zero problems. We also had a small bag for 6 day storage, and when we arrived in Ft William, all of the bags were at our hotel. I only met the driver in person who picked our bags up from Milngavie and he was hilarious! Highly recommend Baggage Freedom!

Excellent first class service. The van was waiting for us at the start- driver very friendly who directed us to nearby toilets and where to get food and drink for breakfast. Our bags were delivered to our accommodation each day and arrived before us. Therefore we were not waiting for change of clothes etc. We highly recommend Baggage Freedom to anyone. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommended. Excellent from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble to accommodate, added a bag at the last minute and then had to change plans at short notice due to severe weather. No problem at all. Reasonable price and very flexible.

We felt soo lucky to meet Greg! Me, my husband and doggie were walking the West Highland Way this week and it was very very rainy. On the Saturday the rain overnight was soo heavy that in the we were stranded at Inverarnan, but in the afternoon when the flood waters eased Greg from Baggage Freedom came down with his van and offered us a lift to Tyndrum. He was our true knight in shining armour and was so super friendly and lovely! I had been struggling quite a lot carrying my pack up to that point, so he said if I wanted I could start using his Baggage Freedom baggage transfer service from Tyndrum and I’m soo glad I did!!!! Each day after that I left my bag and as if by magic it was waiting for me at our next stop on the trail! I’m so glad I used Baggage Freedom as I honestly don’t think I would’ve been able to complete the walk without Greg’s help! It made the walk so soo much more enjoyable not having to carry my heavy pack. Baggage Freedom offers an absolutely tip top fantastic amazing service! I totally recommend this service!! Everything was perfect and easy with them, the bag was at every location and they even brought it to the exact address of our Airbnb in Fort William. Other companies delivered the bags to a unique place in the city center for pickup. Moreover, they charge for the amount of stops/days and not for the size and/or weight of the bag. The communication was very fast via email or WhatsApp, they always responded.
I would choose them again without any doubt! Thanks for everything!

We just completed our trek and used Baggage Freedom for our 8 night luggage transfer. If we could give beyond 5 stars we would. After walking all day it was such a pleasure to have our bags safely waiting for us. At one location they were even delivered to our rooms! Super impressed with their communication, professionalism, and how easy they made it for us. Highly highly recommend!
