I called and spoke with Tonya. I needed a place to store a small cargo trailer. I said I'd be there in 10 minutes. I got there and went into the office. Nobody was in there. I rang the bell every few minutes and called 5 times from my phone while inside the office. No answer but I could here talking in the next room and a little dog barking. The gate traps you from safely getting out of parking area so I had to blindly back a cargo trailer out onto the busy road. This place is a joke and Tonya is incompetant. Go anywhere else but here and save yourself the trouble. PS I tried calling several more times and still no answer.

I moved out of my climate controlled unit on 8/29/24. I made the mistake of putting my debit card on file. Management nearly caused an overdraft at my bank since they could not wait 1 day for me to bring a check. I had to work late. I had to borrow money to avoid the bank fee. I had to ask twice to be removed from auto pay. I should never have to ask more than once. I hate that you are not given any time like a couple of extra days to pay. No grace period at all. Your code does not work if you have not paid before or on the first of the month. I do not agree with this policy. Then you receive your next invoice 2 weeks after you just paid. I think that is a bit excessive. My code did not even work on the first attempt to get thru the gate. I only rented here because my husband has 2 units. I now have my stuff in a nicer, more secure storage facility. Thank you for making me feel like a chunk of cash only & not a valued customer. To add insult to injury management told my husband I moved out of my unit. Since when is that part of management's job or anyone's business to interfere with my personal life?

This is the worst storage facility we have ever used. The office smells horrible and the gate codes never work. When you try to call or go inside because your code will not work they are always closed for something.

I am very pleased with Azalea Self Storge. It's clean and the customer service is great! The gal on duty (Tanya?) when I was there last Thursday made sure I had easy unloading access to my unit. I really appreciate that level of service! So happy I chose Azalea Self Storage for my temporary storage!

IDK about thier storage units,buRented a truck from them,a little pricey,I think uhaul and other places are cheaper, And the process of checking out and dropping truck back off,the payment process and signing of papers and waiting at desk,all could be a little better,
