Driver in spring valley Al on 3 mile road passed on a hill in a no passing zone. With oncoming traffic present. This was a very dangerous situation. And his final destination was less than a mile and end of road. This put my family at high risk. That driver apparently doesn't care about drivers other than himself and the companies bottom line

Horrible logistics and communication from this company... We received a lot of shipments that come through this location and for the last 4 times in a row they have failed to meet or attempt scheduled deliveries. When we first had this issue they set our company hours to "auto generate" delivery times... That has fails to happen. We have set up multiple deliveries on Fridays just to be told "they didn't go out on the truck" even though the delivery was pre scheduled a day or two before they refuse to send out an additional truck to rectify the situation. When this happens our customers end up waiting on average another 5 days to receive there items. These continued unprofessional delivery experiences have lost all my faith in Averitts capabilities and will be requesting that my vendors ship through a more organized carrier.
