Two different vehicles and different weeks and they continue to order the wrong parts on repeat a power steering pump only has 2 lines and they ordered the wrong one both times ? guess we’ll see how many trips to the store this takes it was 5 on the other vehicle for a upper strut mount and still ended up having to get a refund and go to o Reileys

I needed help with a headlight out didn't know what I needed. The store manager Brandy went above and beyond!! She removed the bulb and helped me find a brighter one, then replaced the bulb! Talk about customer service!! Thank you!

I wasn't sure what exactly I needed or how to explain it but Wendell Brown worked and helped me until we figured it out. He is absolutely amazing and that was one of the best experiences I've had in any store. He is so knowledgeable, honest, polite, kind, caring and so very helpful. Brandy also helped us figure it out. She was a pleasure to deal with. You need to find more employees like those two. Thank you Wendell for your help and for being so amazingly wonderful!!!!! 🙂 If you are in or near Haleyville, AL and need anything at Auto Zone go visit Wendell and Brandy!!!!!
