Excellent experience. I used Auto Shippers Express to ship a vehicle I purchased from out of state. Mike immediately quoted me a price for shipping the vehicle and that was it, no hidden fees. Mike gave me an estimated time frame for pick up and delivery and I received the vehicle in that time frame. Mike was very easy to reach and answered all questions during the process. Without hesitation I would use Mike if I need a vehicle shipped in the future.

Auto Shippers Express Inc is GREAT!! They were so easy to work with. I bought my new car remotely, without driving it. And, I needed reliable car delivery from Wisconsin to Tennessee. Mike was super easy to work with and they accepted the car and handed the car off perfectly to the auto transport company. I cannot provide a higher recommendation for an honest, easy to work with auto shipper than r than with Auto Shipper's Express Inc. My agent Mike at Auto Shipper's was way beyond my expectations for superior sales and service. The car delivery truck was fully enclosed with a very gentle ramp so my new car could be loaded without bottoming out. I witnessed the gentle delivery first hand. And, they were wonderfully courteous! Their back office was exceptionally responsive and sent an accurate invoice and insurance immediately. The quote was what the diver asked for to the penny. ** My opinions are my own based on my personal car transport experience with Car Shipper's Express Inc. during the Covid 19 Pandemic. I recently used Mike’s service with Auto Shippers Express and was extremely disappointed with their service. The company consistently failed to meet their own deadlines and was unresponsive when I tried to check on the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was scheduled to arrive in 24hrs. However, I am unable to locate the vehicle. Their lack of communication is unacceptable, and I regret choosing this company for my car shipping needs. I would strongly advise against using their services.

I can't say enough good about my experience with Auto Shippers Express. From the time of initial contact, Mike was wonderful. Kept me informed of scheduled pickup in FLA; called me when a truck and driver was identified with specific pick up time; advised me of process and payment details, but didn't press for down payment. In fact, I had to call Mike to pay down payment after my car was loaded on enclosed truck for trip north. Mike is a total professional, and knows his business inside and out. My car was delivered directly to my door in PA in perfect condition. I do not hesitate to highly recommend using Auto Shippers Express for your car shipping needs.

Mike Price was easy to work with. He answered the phone each time I called and he explained the process start to finish. He picked up my 2 cars timely and delivered on the day scheduled with no damage. The trucker he used was Coldway Inc and the driver was very detailed in documenting the condition of my Porsche and Audi prior to loading. The cost was $200 lower than the original quote too. I will use Auto Shippers Express again when I need to return the Audi to NY next Spring.
