Truck Entrance is on Avenida de la Fuente. They are pretty strict about their appointments because they don't have much space. Backing is tight but manageable if you take your time. Once you get into the docks loading is fairly quick. Exit through the south gate. Employees there are mostly friendly, especially if you speak Spanish.

Everyone this is by appointment only. If it hadn't been for the lady in the office I would have had to sit there for 4 days. Luckily someone one cancelled and I was able to get unloaded the next day.

My appointment was for Tuesday 11am checked in Monday, receptionist in receiving named Monica, I asked her if there was any way she could put me on any type of standby. She was very nice and helpful, long story short, I was empty on Monday by 1030am. Really grateful to Monica.

They were very fast while unloading and all very nice. I was assuming the worst with a congested area and having to park in the middle of the street. One employee was nice enough to tell me exactly what to do which is what I want in scenarios such as this. My dock was fine to back into and pretty simple. It's not as tight as I expected. I've been through much worse.

Easy place to drop off/pick up trailers. Friendly employees. Have to park along curb or go back to truck stop if you have to wait for your trailer to be ready for pickup.
