After calling to say that my car was stuck in the mud, a tow truck was at my location 15 minutes later. It was raining and I didn’t even have to step outside of my vehicle. I was out of the mud and on my way home within 5 minutes! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he delivered excellent customer service and I thank him.
