First time using a storage unit. I recall a friend used this facility years ago and really liked it. The proximity of the location to my residence is also a plus. Mark and Paul have been nothing but welcoming. Mark assisted me and showed me a few options for storage which helped me decide on what I needed. He explained all the rules and procedures of the facility. This location is well maintained and very clean. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

The service is great and the staff is great! As soon as we came in and asked about their services, they were so kind and helpful. We were sold when they offered complimentary services for their moving truck. I highly recommend this storage and will use them in the future if need be.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and safety of this storage. Customer service was excellent especially from Paul. So accommodating, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit.
I shopped around and found Pouch Storage to be the best because of customer service, reasonable price and no break ins!

Excellent Staff, Friendly, Efficient and Welcoming. Clean facility, well lit, safe and secure. Easy access and fair pricing. I Have and would continue to refer them to friends and family. They also have a Van you are allowed to use free of cost when moving in. You will need to make arrangements to
use the truck. Clean Restrooms.

My family and I have had our storage unit at Pouch in Anaheim for at least 10 years now, and it has only gotten better. With the upgrade in security, the guarantee use of carts, the clean facility given how long it has been around, and the great customer service we’ve received over the years, there‘s no other place we’d rather go. Paul and the rest of the staff have been so wonderful! A++++ highly recommend!

Paul and Mark have been so great. Honestly, their customer service is impeccable and speedy. Those two helped me find out where the unit is and allowed me to use one of their carts to carry my stuff. Great job, you two.
